Polyester resin refers to the Unsaturated Polyester resin that includes styrene, and polyester resin is used in diverse areas including vessel, water tank, bathing product and button. The polyester catalysts that are produced at our company are used to cross-link the Unsaturated Polyester resin and as the styrene polymerization catalyst that is included in the Unsaturated Polyester resin.

Cobalt Carboxylates
  Cobalt Carboxylates that are produced by the Jinyang Chemical are used with the organic peroxide to catalyze polyester resin hardening, and it is classified into Octoate, Naphthenate 1) getting classified into 6%, 8%, 12% depending on the Cobalt metal content and 2) depending on the type of fatty acid used. Jinyang Chemical¡¯s Cobalt Carboxylates are produced in a special manner so that they can be used as polyester resin catalyst. It is recommended that they be used as polyester resin catalysts. Moreover, they are classified into Co-Octoate, Co-Naphthenate polyester depending on the type of resin, and each of the Cobalt Carboxylate exert superb effect during to use.
Potassium Octoate
  Potassium-Octoate is used to push up the Cobalt¡¯s accelerator that is used in the unsaturated polyester resin and to produce bright color for the resin. The content of the Potassium-Octoate added on is 0.01~0.5% and polyester resin¡¯s Gel-Time can be reduced by about 40%.
MD-4000(F), RP-3, RP-4
  MD-4000F is mixed with various metals besides the Cobalt, and it is poly accelerator that was invented so that it can be used as unsaturated polyester resin accelerator. By using MD-4000F instead of Cobalt Carboxylates, it is possible to 1)reduce the cost of the accelerator used, 2) to brighten resin¡¯s color, 3) reduce the red color resulting due to Cobalt, and to 4)minimize Gel-Time Drift.
21% Cobalt Hydroxy Neodecanoate
  21% Cobalt Hydroxy Neodecanoate continues to supply Cobalt to the polyester resin. As such, it is an accelerator invented so that polyester resin Gel-Time Drift does not take place. By using 21% Cobalt Hydroxy Neodecanoate, it is possible to maintain the storability of the polyester resin for at least 60 days.
Copper-Naphthenate
  Copper-Naphthenate serves as the harden delay or inhibitor for the unsaturated polyester resin. Moreover, Copper ensures stability of the resin that is hardening, extends work time or leads to low heat generation. By using 0,01 ~ 0.1% of Copper-Naphthenate, it is possible to resolve the problem afflicting the resin¡¯s surface due to the hardening calorification.
   
Zinc Octoate
  This tends to curtail the Cobalt¡¯s activation level by using Zinc in the unsaturated polyester resin, it also offers benefits such as resin¡¯s clear color, low calorification temperature, and specific hardening state.
